Lifestyle and habit are two significant aspect of an individual on earth.

Lifestyle is a style adopted by an individual which reflects the values possessed for a prospective quality.

HABIT

These are actions being performed by individuals on a daily basiswhich results into a regular repeated performance and without one individual being conscious of the act as it is unknown.

It’s bound for the individual to make mistakes approximately 21 days at minimum to form a habit and to overcome it likewise.

It also takes another three weeks (21days) to restore it with a healthier habit and the individual is thus bound to feel healthier.

Any act which is repeated often form a habit instantly which once allowed, it gains steady grounds which may become difficult to be reversed as the strength and momentum is strong.

The instance when the habit is being developed is like a spider’s web which the individual easily slips into as there is no restriction or distraction and once binded, it becomes a chain of elastic band strapped around the individual which cannot be unstrapped easily.
