This is a social factor which divides people into different and diverse group and based on certain characteristics which starts with physical appearance and targeted mainly at individuals skin colour, ancestoal heritage, cultural attachment, history, ethnicity and ethnic group.

RACISM

The turning of selected and targeted member of a particular culture or racial groups who have relatively little social power in the country which they temporarily or permanently reside and is predominant in United State where there are black and white and racism has degenerated to Black African Country (South Africa) which is perpetrated by members of the agents of racial group who have relatively more social Power, prowress and dominance this occurs mostly with white race.

This act which is supposed by the actions of individuals cultural norms, values, institutional structures and practice of their society which they consider more superior than the Blacks.

Racism may take the form of prejudice, discrimination, antagonism which is directed at other people as they are not of the same race or ethnicity.

Every individual has its own benefit or how to inspire others.

It is predominant we learn how to tolerate and love each other irrespective of our diverse race.
