The country is a place of abode for many citizens which provides comfort for them.

Individuals are meant to be protector of every facilities and amenities being provided by the government.

The facilities and social amenities are not the rights of a single or set of individuals.

It is a joint and collective effort of both the government and citizens to ensure it is maintained through proper usage as it serve a lifetime purpose.

These facilities and amenities are provided with the tax payers money and revenues generated from various quarters to improve the standard of living of all it’s citizens.

The government may have their flaws by not funding or maintaining these amenities.

The existing facilities and amenities may require maintainance but how do the government make such move when the citizens are the ones necessitating the collapse.

The pictures denotes all filths which could be found lying about which immediate cause isn’t visible but may cause health implications which may result in loss of life as a result of epidemics which pose dangerous health problems.

The drainages are created for free flow of water and not refuse dump.

The hazards from these amenities do not affect the authorities in power but the citizens who are at the receiving end.

It is paramount to note that the officials who are to clear or are clearing these debris are fellow citizens.

Employment of such duties could fall into any individual.

The devastating sight of these could cause many unemployed individuas not to take up Jobs in organisations related to the task.

The way a country could move forward is when it’s citizens abide by the rules and regulations of the land and protecting the social amenities in various quarters will improve the standards of living of its fellow citizens and allow the government to provide more amenities.

These could also cause flooding and pollution of water and farm produce.

It will be a good development if we all protect the land for sustainable growth.

The Federal Executive Council presided over by vice president Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday approved name change for Ministry Of Communication.

Ministry Of Communication as it was formerly referred and known is now Ministry Of Communication and Digital Economy.

Bashir Ahmad, personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari communicated the information via a twitter post.

Journalism is the apparent process of airing views, opinion about an immediate environment, society and the world at largei.

The freedom of news and information gathering makes it peculiar among other communication medium and technique adopted in transmission.

Freedom which was endeared to journalism as a profession is gradually declining making it impossible to reaching out freely to the society at large..

Journalist are no longer permitted to air their opinions on issues pertinent to the economy and welfare of citizens.

A country where this is eliminated is no longer taking the interest of its citizens into view.

The freedom accorded to mass media should be restored in order to have effective response about issues requiring urgent attention of the citizens needs.

It is true that the freedom granted them is being occupied with deceptive topics which needs to be curtailed

Let the mass media flow so that governance in the country could be achieved at its maximum.
